As part of the Life MAGIS (Mde Green in Italy Scheme) project, we have worked with UNIOFOOD and in concert with the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, to support companies along the ice cream supply chain (SAMMONTANA and FRONERI), packaged snacks (BARILLA and FERRERO), of recurrence leavened goods (BALOCCO, BAULI and MAINA) and coffee (ILLY, KIMBO and LAVAZZA) in defining product category rules (PCRs) for selected product categories and in conducting PEF (Product Environmental Footprint) studies and individual environmental product declarations.
